Frontline Account Instructions

Welcome Harmony Families,
We are excited to announce our new Frontline Health Portal for Covid 19. This system will have you fill out a daily health check for all students before they come to school. This will help us identify students with symptoms or known exposures.

You will need this information to activate your account:
Your student’s student identification number
AERIES Parent Portal email address
Your child’s legal name
Your child’s Date of Birth
To set up an account follow the link.
After setting up the account you may download the Frontline Health Portal Mobile app.
