hi everyone I'm Teresa McFarland the principal of Harmony Elementary NM Joseph are the assistant principal here at Harmony Elementary guided we are welcome back like everybody can't wait to go to to meet you all for our morning drop-off procedures families can use any parking lot on the costumes by which is kindergarten Loop or honors side of our school which is Oak Tree Way in Easton could be dropped off in this area but there's only one entry point in our school and that's on the Southside over by our cafeteria we're asking family to drop the students off have them walk around to the south side of the school we have plenty of help supervision to get your beautiful little hawks over tour entryway at this point your students will be screened and brought it to campus and they will be directed to their teacher with our certificated and are classified employees at 15 to get your students straight to their class our dismissal procedures are very much like a during our regular school year are students engraved TK Kinder 1 and 2 will be dismissed on the cost Street side which is our kindergarten Loop on our other side of our school Southside you're familiar with the pickup for Graves served for now if you have a kindergartener or a younger student coming out through our kindergarten loops and a older student your older students would simply walk around to the kindergarten enjoying your child we also want you to know that we have many different exit point for our students in order to social distance we do have a place in a location where each teacher will be waiting safely with their class until they're picked up also we have made for you hangers that will go on your rear-view mirror and once you have this place is in your rearview mirror when you come through our parking loops and that will help us easily identify your child and get the child your car. You so much for all your support throughout our school closure or School reopening are online learning we are so excited to have our talks and we thank you all for your great support
